Went there this weekend and it was amazing. Service, drinks, and food. The bartenders are so nice. The Jenga at the bars is also very entertaining. Will definitely be back.

After finishing the Tour de Palm Springs, I was ready to eat ANYTHING so we jumped into Crazy Mel's since it as conveniently located right next to the finish line. As you can imagine, they were packed (and it's a small place to begin with), but we found a table right by the door. I would say service is a little disorganized. I wasn't sure if we were supposed to order at the bar, but eventually someone came to take our order. I really wanted a milkshake, but they were out (!!), so I settled on a cheeseburger, fries and soda. It was all just ok, nothing special.
Service was on the slow side, but I think they were just crazed with all the people. Would I come back? Probably not. Crazy Mel's has more of a dive bar vibe than a place where you would go for food. But they do have a nice patio for people watching. -

My favorite place to eat a burger when in Palm Springs. Also a great place to watch a game. The location is small but comfortable. Their outdoor seating has a great High Pressure Misting system for those really hot days and slimline heaters for the cold ones.

$7.25 cocktail sign outside the bar brought us in during the middle of a day of sightseeing downtown. The prices did not diminish the quality of the drinks at all. Their Pina Colada is close to being the best Pina Colada I've ever had. Being from Puerto Rico, I'm very picky with my Pina Coladas, and was very impressed they were using Don Q Rum. We only stopped for one drink that day, but were impressed enough to return the following night too. That next night we had some food, we weren't expecting anything better than regular bar food and it ended up being pretty great. Drinks the following night were just as good and just as inexpensive.

Ordered a burger & coleslaw, assuming that it was an option for a side because the menu is not clear enough in specifying. That everything is a la carte unless you get the combo. Anyhow the burger was disappointing. The meat appeared some frozen patties. I was craving a good juicy burger and tasty coleslaw. Both were a major bummer. I ordered a side of fries, I think they were $6 I don't recall, I just know that they were better than the burger and coleslaw.
They have good drink selections, full bar, beer and wine. So for a drink and fries this place would be a better idea.
Eating here made me wish that there was an In & Out near by. Much better burgers and fries there.
If you want good burgers, folks tell me Woody's someplace in Palm Springs.
